18. - Why our customers choose us
“Arkadin had the full array of audio, video and
multi-media solutions, plus experienced engineers
and support technicians in South Africa as well as
Ontario, Canada for pulling off our large general
meeting. It was the complete package. For the first
time we had every aspect of the event covered by
one provider.”
Stephen Goodger,
ICT Lead – Operational Management, Hatch
Arkadin has consistently provided us with a great
service. They have supported us with many events
over the years. The team is quick to respond to
emails, always on-hand to help and they make the
whole webcast process simple and easy to use.
Helen McIntyre
Internal Engagement Executive Corporate Affairs,
Pearson
There were some changes at our previous vendor
that caused us to look elsewhere. Arkadin offered
a better platform, but it was their service that
made the difference. After the first event, I was
blown away. Their service was outstanding and far
beyond what I expected!
Tim Purpura,
Group Publisher Security Systems News (United
Publications)
The Society Talk viewer experience has been
significantly enhanced since moving to
ArkadinWebcast. The platform is extremely
reliable and it allows us to create a much more
engaging and dynamic program that our staff
responds well to.
Amy Hadsock,
Director, Org. Communications, American Cancer

The support provided by Arkadin was really
diligent and much appreciated. They were able to
understand our needs and propose a well-judged
solution.
Wataru Mitsumori,
IT Support, Nestlé Japan Ltd
We wanted someone we could trust, someone
who made it simple and someone who made it
happen…. it was a really good option to come to
Arkadin. To make something like this as simple as
possible for a customer is absolutely what I’m
looking for.

A number of components are required to be able to deliver professional events. We believes these are the four core strengths that enable us to deliver great events.
Firstly, we partner with best in class technology companies, so for webcast, it’s ON24 and Nasdaq and for web casting its Adobe and Cisco for WebEx. We then operate these technologies ourselves so we have full control. Once we know what you want to achieve we then have the freedom to select what the best technology is for your event. We can also combine technologies, so we can integrate leading video conferencing technologies with webcasting, to deliver compelling, live video presentations to thousands of attendees. As we’ve already said, a successful event is one that is memorable and engaging to the audience. Choosing the best technology for an event is also about choosing the right level of engagement with attendees and the tools that enable this to be delivered. For example, online polling, and chat v audio Q&A.

We have a unique virtual event management proposition; we are able to provide a consistent service across the globe while simultaneously being geographically close to users, to understand their needs and deliver a high quality of service, mostly in their native language.
ArkadinEvent delivers approximately 41,000 events per year which equates to approximately 150 events every working day.
138 people within the Arkadin group exclusively work on events; this does not include the hundreds of other people within Arkadin who contribute to the Event business as part of their role.
In addition, we have all the partners and the subcontractors that help on a per event basis, such as audiovisual technicians, interpreters, and translators ... This represents several hundred people involved on an ad hoc basis, helping to ensure all ArkadinEvents are a success.
We track the quality of Event production every week in all countries and regions, and are proud to be hitting 98% satisfaction level or above. Quality of Service is the key criteria for us – it’s the reason why our existing customers return to us for their next event.
