Getting a job interview is an achievement. 
 So being aware of work pre-hand shows you have 
the initiative and determination to do the job. 
Research on the company, this shows you know 
about what they do and who they are, which might 
give you the cutting edge.
THE COMPANY 
 The most common mistake interviewers find even to this 
day is that many job seekers still don’t know or have little 
knowledge about the hiring organization and that’s just 
awful. 
 So don't let that happen to you and make sure that you use 
the technology available and do your homework ahead of 
time so you are ready to say why you want to work at 
that position/job and for that company.
THE CULTURE 
Since India has a big job market, work culture 
and office environment may vary across 
different industries and different parts of the 
country, it is highly important to address the 
work culture with your interviewer to make 
sure your values align. 
In addition, it’s also the formula for attracting 
and attaining great talent, as well as creating a 
fun, happy and exciting work environment.
Your referral 
If you were referred to the position, make sure you 
remind the interviewer, because it holds 
importance. 
In addition, this connection may also put some 
legitimacy behind your candidacy, as well as 
spark a positive conversation between you and the 
interviewer in order to make the interview even 
more healthy and successful.
Thought-out Questions 
Don’t know whether they are shy or scared, most 
candidates make this common mistake of not 
asking questions once the interview is done. And 
this is a setback for your job. 
Instead candidates need to ask queries about the 
interviewer's role and thoughts on the history of 
the position, wherein it show your desire for the 
job.

process is always essential, as it gives more inputs

THE COMPANY  The most common mistake interviewers find even to this day is that many job seekers still don’t know or have little knowledge about the hiring organization and that’s just awful.  So don't let that happen to you and make sure that you use the technology available and do your homework ahead of time so you are ready to say why you want to work at that position/job and for that company.

THE CULTURE Since India has a big job market, work culture and office environment may vary across different industries and different parts of the country, it is highly important to address the work culture with your interviewer to make sure your values align. In addition, it’s also the formula for attracting and attaining great talent, as well as creating a fun, happy and exciting work environment.
  • 5. Your referral If you were referred to the position, make sure you remind the interviewer, because it holds importance. In addition, this connection may also put some legitimacy behind your candidacy, as well as spark a positive conversation between you and the interviewer in order to make the interview even more healthy and successful.
