This document discusses three cases involving aquatic therapy: 1) A 49-year-old woman with hip pain undergoing aquatic therapy focused on strength and flexibility exercises to reduce pain. 2) A 75-year-old woman post-hip surgery receiving aquatic therapy for gait training, strengthening, and balance activities. 3) An 18-year-old man with cerebral palsy whose aquatic therapy protocol progressed from stretching and strengthening to advanced gait training and core exercises to transition to land-based therapy.
