application of biofertilizers in forest nursery. Different types of biofertilizers and application methods. advantages and disadvantages of biofertilizers.
Biofertilizer contains harmful bacteria which improve the sufficient supply of nutritional value to the variety vegetation and ensure their proper development of growth.
Use of biofertilizers is one of the important components of integrated nutrient management, as they are cost effective and renewable source of plant nutrients to supplement the chemical fertilizers for sustainable agriculture This ppt is very essential & useful for vegetable crop production, because present time the farmers was used fertilizers is more compared to the recommended dose of fertilizer. so i can suggested the farmers use of bio fertilizer because they have farmers ecofriendly.

How to Make a Field invisible in Odoo 17Celine George
It is possible to hide or invisible some fields in odoo. Commonly using “invisible” attribute in the field definition to invisible the fields. This slide will show how to make a field invisible in odoo 17.
How to Create Map Views in the Odoo 17 ERPCeline George
The map views are useful for providing a geographical representation of data. They allow users to visualize and analyze the data in a more intuitive manner.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

Andreas Schleicher presents at the OECD webinar ‘Digital devices in schools: detrimental distraction or secret to success?’ on 27 May 2024. The presentation was based on findings from PISA 2022 results and the webinar helped launch the PISA in Focus ‘Managing screen time: How to protect and equip students against distraction’ https://www.oecd-ilibrary.org/education/managing-screen-time_7c225af4-en and the OECD Education Policy Perspective ‘Students, digital devices and success’ can be found here - https://oe.cd/il/5yV

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Application and evolution techniques of crop response to bio fertilizers & Methods of Inoculation
1.
2. BIO FERTILIZERS
A biofertilizer is a substance which contains
living micro organism which, when applied to
seeds, plant surfaces, or soil, colonize the
rhizosphere or the interior of the plant and
promotes growth by increasing the supply or
availability of primary nutrients to the host
plant.
3. Biofertilizer are low cost renewable sources of plant
nutrients.
Improve soil fertility and crop productivity.
They are ideal input for starting organic farming.
Maintenance of soil health.
Minimize environmental pollution.
Cut down the use of chemical fertilizer.
4. Media used for mass culture as follows:
Rhizobium : YEMA ( Yeast extract mannitol Agar)
Azospirillum : Dobereiners mallic acid broth with
Sodium chloride.
Azatobactor : Waksmanna No .77 broth.
Phosbacteria : Pikovaskys broth.
Pseudomonas : Kings B broth.
Trichoderma : PDB (Potato Dextrose Broth)
5. Bio – Fertilizer application methods
1. Seed treatment
2. Root dipping
3. Set treatment
4. Soil applications
6. SEED TREATMENT
Seed treatment is a most common method
adopted for all types of inoculants.
The seeds treatment is effective and economic.
The seeds are treated with biofertilizer are kept in
shed for 30 minutes and then seed become ready
for sowing.
20 gram of biofertilizer is used for 1 kg of seeds.
50 ml of liqiud biofertilizer is used for 1 kg of
seeds.
7.
8. SET TREATMENT
Set treatment is used for the crops which
is multiplies by vegetative body of the
crops.
Eg; Sugarcane, cut pieces of Potato and
base of banana suckers.
Prepare the culture suspension by 1 kg of
bio fertilizers with 40-50 L of water.
9.
10. SEEDLING DIPPING
The seedlings are uprooted from nursery and
cleaned their roots in water dipped in solution
of bio fertilizer.
And kept in atleast 20 minutes and transplant
immediately.
For root dipping : Dissolve the 1 packet of
biofertilizer with 20 liters of water (200 – 300
plants).
One packet in 2 liters is suffficient to treat
200- 3oo sets under cutting method.
11.
12. SOIL APPLICATION
The mixture of bio fertilizer + compost +
soil applied on land before sowing of seed
or transplanting of the main field.
The mixture of bio fertilizer and cattle
manure/soil sprinkled with water is then
broadcast into the soil at the time of
sowing or at the time of irrigation in
standing crop.
