At Apple’s 9 September event - Apple announced flurry of new exciting products including new iPhones, an Apple TV, an iPad Pro and new Apple Watch models. Alongside the brand new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus boasting 3D touch and a 12Mp camera came a brand new Apple TV, the much-rumoured iPad Pro and new Apple Watch models. Here are some key highlights from the event:
8. The new iPad Pro brings a larger screen at 12.9 inches. Its
packing 2732 x 2048 pixels, making 5.6 million pixels.
9. A smart keyboard that attaches to the tablet magnetically and
a stylus called the Apple Pencil charges via a Lightning port.
Apple Pencil gives you
"the ability to touch a
single pixel".

comes built into a
Smart Cover and uses
the Smart Dome Switch
from the MacBook
10. Apple Pro has an A9X chip, 1.8 times faster than the
iPad Air 2.
13. The new Apple TV comes with a new way of controlling it:
Voice and Touch.

14. Activate Siri by just saying "Hey Siri" at any time, not
just when the device is plugged in.
15. A brand new OS called tvOS allows third party developers to
create apps specifically for the big screen. Early developers
include Netflix, HBO, Hulu, ActiVision, Gilt, Zillow and Airbnb.
16. AirBnB will be on there soon, so you can plan your next
holiday. Clothing company Gilt has developed an app so you
can shop from the Apple TV.
17. As expected games will be big on the Apple TV. All you need
is an iPhone or iPad to join in.
19. A brand-new screen technology called 3D Touch, which lets
you 'Peek' by pressing lightly, or 'Pop' by pressing harder.
20. The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus come with the new A9 chip – 70
percent faster at CPU tasks and 90 percent faster for graphic
tasks than the previous model.
21. iSight camera with 12 megapixels, 50% more than before. It’ll
be able to film 4K video. It comes with a 5-megapixel
FaceTime camera, for high quality selfies.
22. A ‘Live Photos’ feature that combines a series of photos to
create a GIF-like effect when you hold down an image.
