So, we are here to bring you the latest and hot updates about the Apple event which was
held on March 21st, 2016.
Tim Cook entered the stage after a prompt video showing Apple’s 40 years in 40 seconds.
Now, lets begin the event journey with TechUgo….
3. Star Attraction- iPhone SE
The air of rumor proven to be true and the
iPhone SE was the star attraction at Apple’s
March 21 launch event.
iPhone SE was launched with a 4-inch
screen, A9 processor and fingerprint
scanner.
iPhone SE also has Apple’s amazing 12-
megapixel camera module with focus
pixels, making it the equal of the 6s when it
comes to snapping images and Live Photos.
The iPhone SE is similar in most aspect to
the iPhone 6S, except for its size or its
basically a 4-inch iPhone 6s
The iPhone SE starts at US$399, the most
affordable brand new iPhone so far, with a
64GB variant for US$499. Its dirt cheap ,
since the cheapest iPhone 6s in the US is
about $750
4. iPad Pro
Apple, announced a new iPad Pro with 9.7-inch
screen, 256GB of storage and a Smart Keyboard
built for its more diminutive size, it’s basically a
smaller iPad Pro.
It has got a better camera with the 12 megapixel
sensor that’s capable of shooting 4K footage,
same like in the iPhone 6s.
It has got brightest screen - 25 better colour and
brightness than the iPad Air 2, the lowest
reflectivity of any tablet. It works with Night Shift
feature.
iPad Pro has a set of ambient light sensors around
the display that adjust its colour temperature to
suit whichever room you’re in. This is very
fascinatinating feature, and Apple calls it
“TruTone Display”.
With a new case, new colours. A 32GB iPad Pro
will be US$599, which is US$200 cheaper than the
larger iPad Pro. US$749 for the 128GB model.
There’s even a 256GB iPad Pro on the way at
US$899.
5. CareKit
Apple’s CareKit is a long-term surgery or hospital
visit recovery framework.
It will help people with a checklist of items to do
every day after surgery or a change in medical status.
Now customers can choose what data to share.
The CareKit framework will be available in April.
6. Apple Watch
Apple introduced some new colours, and an
entirely new material in the “woven nylon” band
in a variety of vibrant colours.
Apple Watch will also drop in price, starting
from just US$299 in the United States.
7. Apple TV
“Apps are the future of TV”, said Tim Cook at Apple Launch Event.
Apple announced that folders and dictation will be an added feature in
Apple TV.
With these features you can dictate
passwords and usernames.
Also, the remote control with a
touchpad is a cool innovation.
8. NightShift-Barring sleep
hurdles
iOS 9.3, features specifically Night Shift,
the display-colour-adjusting tech is the
most adorable feature Apple has launched
so far.
This feature allows the screen colour to
shift from its usual cool white to a warmer
white as the sun goes down.
