INGREDIENTS
250G SUGAR
4 EGGS
125G MARGARINE
1 TOP OF YEST ROYALE
1 YOGURT
SPICE
½ KG OF APPLES
FLOUR
SEPARATE THE EGG YOLKS FROM THE
EGG WHITES.
WHISK THE EGGS WITH A LITTLE SUGA
PREPARE THE DOUGH: MIX THE
FLOUR WITH THE BUTTER.
ONCE BLENDED ADD THE YOLKS ,
THE YOGURT AND THE YEAST.
STRECH THE DOUGH AND PUT IT INTO
A MOLD.
PEEL AND CUT THE APPLES.
BEAT THE EGG WHITES TO SNOW
WITH SUGAR AND PUT A PINCH OF
SALT.
PLACE THE EGG WHITES OVER THE APPLES.
DECORATE TO YOUR TASTE.
BAKE IT AT 80 DEGREES FOR 40
MINUTES.
IT IS READY!
