• Reserve seats to guarantee a spot on the shuttle
• Notify the driver where to go in order to drop off/pick user up.

• User must show their profile page on the app (scan it) to board the shuttle to make
sure they claim their seat
• If user reserves a seat or requests a stop but fails to show up, they get a strike on
their account. After three strikes they aren’t allowed back on the shuttle unless they
pay a fine.

• User can click on a shuttle to see how many people are on the shuttle or to reserve a
seat for the next repetition of the route
