• See the location of all Hofstra shuttles and their estimated time to each stop
• Reserve seats to guarantee a spot on the shuttle
• Notify the driver the where to go in order to drop off or pick user up.

• User must show their profile page on the app (scan it) to board the shuttle to make
sure they claim their seat
• If user reserves a seat or requests a stop but fails to show up, they get a strike on
their account. After three strikes they aren’t allowed back on the shuttle unless they
pay a fine.

seat for the next repetition of the route
