Studiul a avut următoarele obiective :
1. Identificarea comportamentului vânzătorului la cerinţa clientului :
politicos , de informare , stresant , nepoliticos , obraznic.
2. Evaluarea cunoştinţelor vânzătorului despre articolele comerciale :
sortmente , marca , preţuri , alcătuirea produsului , condiţii de utilizare ,
localizarea produsului cu rapiditate.
3. Cunoaşterea şi informarea clienţilor despre existenţa campaniilor
promoţionale în S.C.
4. Tipul întrebărilor pe care vânzătorii le adresează clientilor : închise ,

1.Pe parcursul studiului efectuat vânzătoarea a fost uşor
distrasă de colegele de lucru.
2.Marfa nu era bine organizată pe rafturi, produsele de la
diferite firme fiind amestecate.

11. Concluzie
1. La S.C. Actual vânzătoarea s-a comportat
profesional , respectând normele profesionale.
2. La S.C.Olimp vânătoarea a avut un
comportament neadecvat ,pierzându-şi
cumpătul , uneori fiind chiar irascibilă.
