This document outlines the goals and procedures for an AP Calculus AB course being taught remotely. The goals are to achieve a college-level knowledge of calculus, use graphing calculators to solve problems, apply calculus to real-world scenarios, and pass the AP exam. Students need a notebook, graphing calculator, pencils, and the recommended textbook. The course will cover limits and continuity, derivatives, applications of derivatives, and integrals over the fall semester through daily Zoom lessons and asynchronous weekend work. - For notes, homework, and warm ups.
Suggested: Index Cards for making flashcards
2. TI-83 graphing calculator
- Or similar.
3. Pencils - It’s hard to do neat work using
ink
