Editor's Notes
Hi! I’m Katinka Davina. Thank you all for being here AND being THIS STUNNING audience. Vielen Dank, Herr Meffert und Wagner für die Gastfreundschaft, das Vertrauen und die Bühne. And sorry I don’t speak German.
I’m the lucky girl here, not because I am standing here. I am the lucky girl because this presentation isn’t about ME (OM Gosh). The past view days I’ve said this zillion times to keep me calm (Katinka this is not about you :–).
I’m sure one of you recognize this whacky fear before a presentation. But I like to learn and GET out of my comfort zone.
Short about me. Those who meet me for the first time in real life are more or less overwhelmed by my straight from the heart Passion for Learning. I have spent the past 25 years putting my heart and soul into studying, observing and absorbing how people teach and learn in the Netherlands. I love working with my clients (mostly the Dutch school leaders), and I love even more be connected with teachers worldwide. That’s why you can find me here, and mostly in various Dutch schools each week. I am in the lucky position that I can visit a large diversity of schools each week and meet school leaders and teachers with different backgrounds, ideas, and beliefs.
