The document is a revocation of seizure order from a Seed Inspector to an individual. It states that seeds and/or records seized under provisions of the Seeds Act of 1966 were determined to not contravene any provisions of that Act or related rules. Therefore, the Seed Inspector is revoking the earlier seizure order passed on the specified date. A copy of the revocation is to be distributed in the same manner as the original seizure order.
