2. * Since no form has been prescribed for seizure of seed stocks, the Form IV of the Rules has
been suitably modified here to enable its use for seizure of stock(s) also, in order to facilitate use
of one Form for both the occasions, namely seizure of record(s) and seizure of seed stock(s).
( To be prepared in quadruplicate – original copy to the seller, second copy to the magistrate,
third copy to the Director of Agriculture or to such authority as may be directed in this regard
and fourth copy with Inspector as office copy.)
