experience in working Cold & Hot Section, as well as some external
training and competition in some other Hotels, Am having diverse
background with much to offer and am handling the Cold Section
and Hot Section.
In addition, I also undergo my external cross training exposure in
Hilton Creek – “Table 9” in a restaurant.
I had joined with some Chef Competition with merit and Bronze
awards, I can say that trough this experience I had learned and
adopt all the knowledge and techniques of all the areas and learning
