• Signed MoUs with farmer groups and
cooperatives –pay leaders commission for
arrangement and managing their members
• Trained machine repairer and operators and
now working on installation of fully equipped
workshop that will produce some spare parts
locally.
• Banks are yet to pick interest in the whole
operation .

• Lack of efficient farm infrastructure –roads
within the farm.
• Unsycronized planting of the rice by farmers
• Expensive to train the operators especially on
mechanized transplanting system -25,000 USD
for complete training
