Egyptian Murals

 What materials did they use to create their murals and
               why? Where were they
                  Normally created?

   Many Egyptians murals were made from gold and
               semi precious stones.

 What was the process of creating a mural and who did
                          it?

  They would engrave in the stone first after that they
       would make the colour by mixing oils.

   What was the reason/purpose for creating murals?

 Egyptians wanted to make a record of the histories and
              murals would tell stories.
Many ancient murals have survived in Egyptian tombs
around 3150 BC, the Minoan palace and in Pompeii.




  What sort of content did the murals normally have,
               why? Provide examples.

  They included important people in their stories like
                    pharaohs.
