 Site initiation for Tunnel Boring Machine which includes the casting and steel binding for various
foundations and temporary structures.
 Various erections and castings for launching of Tunnel Boring Machine.
 Ring (Pre Cast Segments) selection and key location identification and implementation.
 Primary, secondary and proof grouting of tunnel.
 Operation of Tunnel Boring Machine.
 Intervention and changing of Cutter discs for the Hard Rock Tunnel Boring Machine.
 Preparing plans for next stage of work with construction management and planning team.
 Jet grouting and Building supporting for the buildings above the Tunnel Alignment as per DMRC.
 Review Sub Contractors work in the NATM tunnel, check for their paper works and execution for

 Underwent 90 hours of safety training as a standard procedure for engineers working at DMRC
sites.
 Led many safety drills with satisfying results.
 Underwent training for instrumentation and their operations for instruments like Vibration
monitor, Strain gauge, Tilt meter (mechanical and electronic), Crack meter (mechanical and
electronic) etc.
 Underwent training for Hyperbaric pressure work and cleared physical and medical tests for up
to 5 bar pressure work chamber.
