Cadrul si scopul studiului:prezentul studiu doreste sa evidentieze comportamentul agresiv al participantilor la trafic, pe axele de impulsivitate si ostilitate. Ca si cadru teoretic s-a pornit de la ideea legaturii dintre cognitii-atitutidini si comportament, cognitiile disfunctinale determina subiectii sa dezvolte atitudini si comportamente disfunctionale.Mai precis modul in care participantii din trafic prelucreaza informatiile, determina comportamentele acestora. Schema de mai jos sintetizeaza cel mai bine acest principiu. In psihologia sigurantei se muta accentul de pe skill(abilitati de conducere auto) pe stil(comportamentul in trafic).

This session addresses the issue of defining an empirical framework and a strategy, supported by psychology findings and corroborated by direct experiences, that is able to catalyze and measure the adoption of design thinking emphasizing the human and organizational implications that a change of this magnitude implies. We will also argue that promoting and supporting organizational change is an adaptive challenge that requires counter-intuitive timings in order to support both designers, and non-designers' minds through an inevitable state of disequilibrium.

As organizations continue to establish and mature their in-house design teams, it turns out there’s very little common wisdom on what makes for a successful design organization. Books and presentations tend to focus on process, methods, tools, and outcomes, leaving a gap of knowledge when it comes to organizational and operational matters. In this talk, Kristin Skinner discusses how to coordinate efforts and structure teams within large organizations.
