1. CASE SCENARIO I
 A primi gravida at 16 weeks came for her booking antenatal visit.
Her Hb is 10gm/dL. She has no complaints and doing well. What
treatment is she advised?
 The woman follows up after 1 month at 20 weeks. She looks pale.
Her repeat Hb is 8gm/dl.

2. CASE SCENARIO II
• G3 P2 L2 showing at antenatal clinic for routine checkup at 30 weeks gestation. She feels generally tired.
Attributes to general household work & looking after her children. Both FTND. Last child birth 18 months
back & had PPH after this delivery. Has two antenantal visits at dispensary.
• Has blood Test:-
• CBC – HB = 7.8 gm%
• MCV=68 fl
• Platelets = WNL.
• Urine – WNL
• Rest – ANC Profile: Normal.

3. CASE SCENARIO III
• G2 P1 L1 with 38 week gestation, came to OPD with complains of extreme
fatiguability weakness & inability to do routine household work and
breathlessness.
• Carrying CBC report of Hb6.8 gm%, MCV: 70, MCHC: 28
