○ 34% of TAP survey incumbents were “new hires” in 2022 or 2023 (10,540)
● Talent is concerned about job security but still willing to move
○ 37% TAP Members reported higher voluntary turnover in 2022 vs 2021
○ Overall Involuntary turnover was 8.3%
○ Voluntary turnover still outpacing planned headcount growth in some sectors
