Amy Decelle has over 20 years of experience in leadership and education roles within Broward County Schools and other educational organizations. She holds two advanced degrees and multiple certifications. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded numerous innovative programs that have improved student achievement and developed teachers. She has also secured significant grant funding, published educational materials, and been recognized with several awards for her work.
The First Year Student Enrichment Program (FYSEP) empowers first generation students in their first year at Dartmouth College to thrive academically and in the greater college community. More than half of courses at community colleges taught by adjunct faculty and institutional reliance on this faculty pool is growing. It is essential to devise scalable strategies for integrating adjuncts into this transformative work to improve student success.

Findings and emerging strategies from Achieving the Dream’s Engaging Adjunct Faculty program will be explored with the program director.
