JOB DESCRIPTION
In - charge of 33 LNG modules – installation and erection of complete modules ,
heavy lift ,spool and pipes spool and load test .
Heavy lift using 2 or 3 crane at 1 lift – such as deck erection & installation ,air cooler and
various machine and equipment’s erection and installation.
Supervision of contractor and sub - contractor – workforce 3000 manpower working on
modules and pipe rack etc.
Ensure all lifting are in proper and using of correct lifting gears and done safely
Loading and unloading barges and vessels and Assisting load out operation and heavy
and general transportation of big spool and pipes and decks and frames and modules .
Inspection and witness in inspection of various lifting gears , crane , gantry cranes and
mobile crane, total cranes in workshop and yard premises is about 67 crane – 50 tons to
1250 ton. and 37 gantry crane – 10 ton to 150 ton gantry on site and workshop.
