3M has been the pioneer in developing process aids (eg. Dry Lay Up Adhesive – DLUA) to reduce defects such as waves, wrinkles, fiber misalignment etc. 3M’s proven solution has been used successfully in the market for more than a decade.
3M’s introduces the innovative Dry Lay Up Adhesive 2.0 which has revolutionized the spray adhesive solution for composites. DLUA 2.0 is a low VOC spray adhesive (can be used in all 50 states), which is compatible with the most commonly used resin systems and has innovative color changing technology which helps to control the application without affecting the aesthetics of the final part.

How Advanced Simulation will Impact the Offshore Industry both Now and in the...Altair
The easy days of Oil and gas extraction is over, and the ability to extract Oil and Gas from harsh enviornments is very dependent on the ability to overcome technical challenges through the use of advanced numerical analysis and simulation. Technical challalenges currently faced in the industry include High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT), Utra Deep Water (UDW) with water depths greater than 10,000 ft, and the Arctic with potentially 20% untapped hydro carbon reserves. These technical challenges are overcome through more use of advanced analysis and simulation, and this allows cost effective solutions to be obtained.
Also the Industry is currently being challenged by a low oil price, and lots of companies are forced to look at cost and schedule. This as a result, allows the opportunity for the use of advanced analysis to help solve Engineering challanges in an efficient manner and save potentially millions of dollars in the Engineering. The ways that this is undertaken is presented and discussed.
There are different types of Analysis simulation used in the Offshore Industry, for example FEA, CFD, Coupled Analysis etc. Also computer power is ever increasing in compuational efficiencies, and novel methods, such as the use of Cloud computing, has had a big impact on the way that analysis is undertaken. These different methods of software and hardware are discussed in relation to the Offshore Industry, and an indication is given in to how these methods will affect the Industry in the future.

Presentation by David Hartman, Senior Technical Staff, Owens Corning at CAMX on October 15, 2014. Advances in reinforcement materials, specifically glass fiber materials, should not go unnoticed. In this presentation discover new advances in glass fiber technology areas, applications to various markets and the needs of those markets, as well as current advances in fiber reinforcement materials and forms.
During the NCAM event held in Norway this March, our esteemed project partner, Caracol showcased their innovative contributions as part of the project.
Presentation by Corey Melvin of Owens Corning at CAMX on October 16, 2014. He discusses double digit growth in the use of Long Fiber Thermoplastics (LFT) due to the automotive and transportation markets, where light weighting and improved aerodynamics delivers improved fuel efficiency, reduced CO2 emissions and an increase in commercial payload capacity. The focus is on advantages of LFT and market opportunities for continued growth.
Membrane Distillation, a thermally driven separation water treatment technolo...Leonardo ENERGY
Membrane Distillation (MD) is an emerging thermally driven membrane process that can be applied to concentrate acid and recover fresh water from acidic wastewater solutions. MD has the advantages of requiring mainly low-grade thermal energy (i.e. waste heat, solar thermal), being simple to operate and having a high robustness being suitable for operation in harsh environments or with little maintenance/monitoring. MD is one of the core expertise of the IPE group at AEE INTEC and within several national and international the technology has been applied to solve different industrial problems related to water treatment and/or recovery of valuable substances. The presentation will give an overview on the technical aspects of the technology, its possible applications including case studies, its capabilities and its costs. The webinar is also intended to get feedback from the participants on specific water problems related to the mining industry.
The new patented materials feature a copolymer structure containing biodegradable polyester segments and aromatic polycarbonate segments (20%), prepared by a reactive mixing process.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
