The House of Representatives controls the nations purse
strings and can by itself curb the abuses of government. It is
the body most responsive to an informed electorate.

Averages from 2000 Census:
650,000 people per congressional district
430,000 people are eligible to vote
325,000 people register to vote
240,000 vote in Presidential election year
120,001 simple majority determines winner
170,000 vote in non-Pres election years
85,001 determines winner
We do not have to educate everyone!
1994 election, almost ¼ of House elections were determined by
less than 50,000
Year 2000: 26 districts determined by less than 20,000 votes.

• 2 Section Leaders built two sections of three chapters each in one year in
Oklahoma.
• They challenged the Chapter Leaders and have doubled that in six months.
• Legislative results.
• The TTC now is blocked at the OK border.
• Old call for a Constitutional Convention is revoked..
• The 10th Amendment Resolution passed.
• HB1804 passed blocking Illegal Immigration.
