Ilaura Curry has been a dedicated employee for AME Community Services, Inc. for 3
years. She was a primary direct support professional who served a young man with
autism in his home and community setting. She is responsible for assisting the individual
with his daily living skills, encouraging independence, facilitating community outings,
and assists in training new staff members, among other things.
Ilaura is a dedicated, caring, and trust-worthy employee for our company. She has
established a great rapport with the individual and their family that she serves and they
look forward to every day she works. Ilaura has shown her ability to problem-solve
difficult behavior problems and is a model to other employees in this area. Throughout
