APSMC employed Sabryah Alghrary part-time as a mentor, instructor and facilitator for our job
training program for at risk youth in the Lower Keys. For more than three years she managed the
instruction, placement and records for our summer job training program. Her reason for seeking
full time employment elsewhere was the direct result of an initiative at APSMC to downsize
during this slow economic quarter. APSMC still calls on Ms. Alghrary at various times to assist
with fundraising events and summer job instruction.
Sabryah Alghrary is an intelligent and motivated individual. She is more than capable of
managing a group of people. As an APSMC employee Sabryah Alghrary recruited and managed
groups of up to thirty at-risk youth. With the help of this team she produced a high-quality and
effective job training program that served the youth of this community. Part of her former
responsibilities included, but were not limited to, recruiting and interviewing prospective students.
She also managed records, social media and led fundraising events for our organization. Peers in
my field .:..'ould often tell me that she was interesting to talk to and had an exceptional impact on all
of the students she worked with. I believe that developing quality relationships with the
community is the responsibility of each APSMC employee, and Sabryah Alghrary's consistent
contributions to that end are an excellent case in point.
