3. For almost half a century Landustrie has de-
signed, manufactured, supplied, installed and
maintained many types of aeration systems,
such as low speed surface aerators, aeration
rotors and Landox flow boosters.
Aeration systems
For almost a century Landustrie is a leading
company in designing, manufacturing, supply-
ing, mounting and maintaining many types of
Archimedean screw pump configurations.
With a fully automated screw pump selection
program the optimum screw pump can be
choosen for any particular application
Landy screw pumps
In 1999 Landustrie successfully introduced the
Landy-7, being the fourth generation of low
speed surface aerators.
This system is based on the well known principle of an ox-
idation ditch in which both fine bubble aeration and propul-
sion of the mixed liquor can be independently controlled.
Propulsion is effected by one or more low speed vertical
Landox drums, positioned in de bends of the aeration cir-
cuit.
The rotors are suspended on specially designed Landox
upper bearings. Therefore the application of submerged
lower bearings is no longer necessary.
Aeration takes place by means of diffusers (ceramic, plas-
tic or membrane) mounted on the bottom of the aeration
circuit.

4. Screen cleaners are employed in many places to
remove floating and/ or suspended debris.
The principle of the Münster screen cleaner is
based on a construction running along an elevat-
ed track, and consisting of a carriage and a loose
grab, available in several configurations.
The advantage of a loose grab is that screens of
any width and depth can be cleaned.
The variable track length allows positioning of a
deposit at any desirable place.

9. The AQUACONSULT Anlagenbau GmbH was founded in 1986 as a manufacturer
of fine bubble aeration systems and is concerned exclusively with the planning,
development, and production of fine bubble diffuser since the mid-1990s.
In 2006, AQUACONSULT was acquired by SANKI engineering co. Ltd.(Japan)
Since then we are a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group.
