cosmatics
Usually strong irritants produce
strong and chronic reaction.
However prolonged exposure to
weak irritants also produces
chronic reaction.

4. Allergic Contact
Dermatitis
This eczema occures due to
contact with any allergen
such as poison
lvy,,sumac,oak etc.
For example nickel present in
watches, bra clips and
costume jewellery may cause
occurance of
eczema on wrist, back and
earlobes respectively.

5. ATOPIC
DERMATITIS
In this, scratching the skin
can cause it to become red
and rough, and minute
cracks cause to ooze serum
which dries up and forms
crust.

7. Nummular Eczema
This type of eczema causes oval
or
coin shaped red and rough marks
that most often appear on -
► Calves
► Forearms
► Back of the hands
► Fore part of the leg below the
knee.
► Hips etc.

9. Pompholyx eczema
I t is also known as
dyshidrotic eczema. It is a
type of eczema that is
usually restricted to the
hands and feet.
