Qualifications
I have received extensive education and training in
cartographic design and development and in the
critical analysis of remotely sensed data. I am
experienced in the design, production, and analysis
of roadway plans, as well as right-of-way, highway,
boundary, subdivision, thematic, environmental, and
special purpose maps. I am an experienced and
professional Civil Designer with comprehensive
knowledge of DOT design standards, procedures,
and requirements. I am also an experienced Survey
Technician with extensive knowledge of Survey
practices including processing and troubleshooting
of survey data and 3-dimensional surfaces, deed
research and survey mapping.
Project Experience
I am experienced in the preparation and
development of Department of Transportation
highway construction plans, County and Municipal
civil mapping projects, site development and Survey
data processing and troubleshooting. I am
experienced in the use of MicroStation, InRoads
and InRoads Survey for the design and
development of plans, profiles, cross sections,
