Mrs. Seidel has 28 years of professional experience in surveying related experience and
management. Mrs. Seidel joined forces with KFW Engineers in 2008, opening KFW Surveying
as Vice President. Her experience includes a wide range of surveying work to include
boundary, tree, topographical, design, improvements, route and construction surveying for all
types of infrastructure projects including municipal,
transportation, utilities, commercial, industrial, multi family,
residential, military bases and flood studies.
Graytown Road Wastewater Collection System Phase III
Project, San Antonio, TX: The third phase of this project
involved topographic, improvement and tree surveys throughout a
150 foot wide alignment corridor. The total project length was
14,127 linear feet. KFW Surveying also performed construction
staking and cut sheets for the sewer main and preparing
easement documents for sewer alignment.
SAWS UIC Test Injection Well Project, San Antonio, TX: This project involved topographical,
improvement and tree surveys of the well site area and proposed access road. KFW Surveying
also provided latitude and longitude for proposed well locations and construction staking.
City of New Braunfels Sanitary Sewer & Water Replacement Improvement Project -
Comal County. TX:
Surveying services for construction staking of sanitary sewer lines and water lines; Horizontal
and Vertical Controls; Construction Staking; Our services for this project included setting
horizontal and vertical control and construction staking sanitary sewer and water lines in
residential areas.
Apache Creek, Linear Park- San Antonio, TX:
Development of a Linear Park along Apache Creek from General McMullen to Commerce
Street; Boundary, Topographical, Tree, and Improvement Surveys; Research chain of title,
Surveying Services provided for a 3,442 x 80 foot strip of land running parallel to Apache
Creek and 36 adjoining properties. We verified the boundary, located improvements and trees
and prepared a Topographical Survey of the site.
SAWS DSP New World Tank and Pump Station Improvements- San Antonio, TX
Surveying services for expansion of the New World facility site. Our services included a
boundary, improvement, tree and topographical survey of a 4.060 acre site.
Quiet Creek Subdivision, San Antonio, TX: Surveys were performed on this 215 acre site for
its development into a residential subdivision. The project included boundary, improvements,
topographical and tree survey of the site for design, platting and construction. This project also
required rezoning exhibits and descriptions and a route survey for 16,000 linear feet of offsite
water line to service the tract.

2. Bluewing Solar, San Antonio, TX: This project consists of the development of a 140 acre tract
into a solar array farm located at the intersection of Bluewing Road and IH 37 in South San
Antonio. This is the first solar farm project in San Antonio and with over 14 megawatts of power
producing capability, it will be one of the largest in the United States. A topographic and tree
survey was performed of the entire site to make sure the site conformed to project
specifications in regards to grade and shading. Finally, during the construction phase KFW
Surveying was selected by the general contractor to perform all construction staking. This
included surveying over 12,000 locations for panel support posts which had to be installed
within a 2” tolerance. It also included staking of over a mile of roadway, 2 miles of perimeter
fencing, 15 pipe culvert drains, 12 power station structures, lightning rod locations, and finally
the locations of the power poles for interconnection into CPS’s grid. After all construction was
completed, KFW Surveying did a detailed final as-built of the site.
Camp Bullis Parking Improvements (Design Build), San Antonio, TX: This project
included improvement, topographical, tree and construction staking of a parking lot area to tie
into an existing gravel parking area for expanding parking and upgrading to a curbed asphalt
parking lot as part of a design build team.
Republic Oaks Subdivision, San Antonio, TX: Performed surveying services for this 67.79
acre site that is being developed into 300 residential lots. The project included boundary,
improvement, topographical, tree and construction staking for engineer designing, platting and
construction.
The Preserve at Fredericksburg, San Antonio, TX: 25 Acre Apartment Complex-
Preparations of Easement Documents and Construction Staking; Preparation of exhibits &
metes and bounds descriptions for variable width electric easements and construction staking
for electric, water, sewer, drainage, building, pool area and curb & gutter, and final as-built
survey of project.
Live Oak Railroad- Three Rivers, TX: Category 1B Condition 4 land title survey of a 52.43
acre tract, 208.05 acre tract, a 0.5936 acre utility easement, 0.6123 acre utility easement, a
4.4894 acre ingress/egress easement and a 7.6203 acre ingress/egress easement; Title,
Boundary and Improvement survey; Researched the chain of title for boundary resolution;
included improvements with visible existing utilities and easements; Prepared metes & bounds
for all tracts.
4949 Nasa Parkway- Houston, TX: Topographic survey of a 2.6529 acre tract; Boundary and
Improvement survey; Researched the chain of title for boundary resolution; included
improvements with visible existing utilities and easements; Researched floodplain area.
