production lines with quotas surpassing 2.5 million cases of wine per month.

• Chosen as project manager to improve line efficiency line changeovers. Reduced production
downtime from 8 hours to just 4 hours

2. UNITED STATES ARMY
Captain, US Army Signal Corps – Raleigh, NC 2004 – 2006
Responsible for a 30 person Signal Platoon.
• Reported to Brigadier General on all Army Public Affairs operations while deployed to Iraq.
• Directed and successfully supported major combat operations by providing critical signal
communications support to remote operating bases in Iraq with minimal planning time.
• Served as company platoon leader for all Tropospheric Radar operations, from planning to installation
of eight independent systems throughout Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom III.
• Planned and executed over 15 convoys and traveled hundreds of miles throughout Iraq safely without
an accident or incident.
• Crisis Management expert, advising and teaching top ranking officials and soldiers all aspects of
public affairs in a combat environment.
• Organized nine Fallen Soldier Ceremonies while in Iraq including all corresponding press releases and
press conferences.
First Lieutenant, US Army Brigade Public Affairs Officer, 22nd Signal Brigade 2002 – 2004
Responsible for providing commander’s guidance on public affairs and information operations. Assisted
Signal Brigade Commander in establishing public affairs program. Produced, edited and distributed media
products to target audiences to increase morale of soldiers and families.
• Served as a Wartime correspondent during Operation Iraqi Freedom I by capturing images, writing
stories and producing videos of task force soldiers for internal and external audiences.
• Hand Selected and managed an eight person public affairs and design team; achievements included 16
issues of Task Force Signal News Magazine, technologically based signal videos and a 25 minute
history video of OIF I, award winning graphics display at Signal Symposium.
• Planned and conducted a Brigade Combined Federal Campaign while deployed raising over $37,000
for charities nationwide.
• Stories and news events have been published and broadcasted on NBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX
networks, numerous radio syndicates and newspapers throughout the US and Germany.
