Every new generation of wireless cellular systems starts with bold, high-level requirements and predictions of its capabilities. With a view of having such requirements and application of 5G mobile network, it is required to efficiently and effectively cope with the ecological variations. Among these variations, it is essential to consider the handling of the explosive growth of mobile data (i.e., Internet data). The latest wireless technology will allow its user's physicians and non-critical patients with the dynamic and enhanced roaming facilities while sustaining the critical medical information. In According to the report published in 2015, the expected growth in the mobile data will grow up to 15.9 exabytes by 2018.
Automatic Fabric Defect Detection with a Wide-And-Compact NetworkTarik Reza Toha
Automatic detection of fabric defects is an important process for the textile industry. Besides the detection accuracy, an automatic fabric defect detection solution for a resource-limited system also requires superior performance in terms of processing time and simplicity. This paper proposes a compact convolutional neural network architecture for the detection of a few common fabric defects. The proposed architecture uses several micro architectures with multilayer perceptron to optimize network. The main component of a micro architecture is constructed using techniques of multi-scale analysis, filter factorization, multiple locations pooling, and parameters reduction, to improve detection accuracy in a compact model. Experimental results show that, compared to mainstream convolutional neural network architectures, the proposed network achieved superior performance in terms of detection accuracy with a much smaller model size. It worked well not only for fabric defects detection, but also for object recognition on a few public datasets.

Ubiquitous powerline cables and visible light optical chanel is utilzed for data
transmision in indor aplications. In this work, multipath and noisy powerline chanel is
integrated to indor optical AWGN chanel and besides experimentaly measurement the
radiated power from white LED the performance of integrated system in terms of OFDM
signal power versus BER is also studied. The results shows the system has the data rate more than 28Mbits/second with the bit eror rates lower than 10-6 which outperforms the curently exist systems .So the new integrated system can be considered as a god alternative for other
indor wireles system counterparts.

There is function of SFR (Soft Frequency Reuse) in LTE-TDD that is manipulated BW into several cell edge style. On Genex U-Net we can use this feature to minimize of inter cell interference, we can chose static ICIC or adaptive ICIC based on field condition.
MODELING, IMPLEMENTATION AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF MOBILITY LOAD BALANCING ...IJCNCJournal
We propose in this paper a simulation implementation of Self-Organizing Networks (SON) optimization
related to mobility load balancing (MLB) for LTE systems using ns-3 [1]. The implementation is achieved
toward two MLB algorithms dynamically adjusting handover (HO) parameters based on the Reference
Signal Received Power (RSRP) measurements. Such adjustments are done with respect to loads of both an
overloaded cell and its cells’ neighbours having enough available resources enabling to achieve load
balancing. Numerical investigations through selected key performance indicators (KPIs) of the proposed
MLB algorithms when compared with another HO algorithm (already implemented in ns-3) based on A3
event [2] highlight the significant MLB gains provided in terms global network throughput, packet loss rate
and the number of successful HO without incurring significant overhead.

Abstract: Multi-tier architecture with small cells such as femtocells, picocells, macrocells, and metrocells, overlaid with traditional macrocells is considered as a promising option to improve the network coverage and capacity of the next generation cellular wireless networks. Also, in such multi-tier networks, cognitive radio concepts will likely to be used by these small cells to improve the radio spectrum utilization. In this context, modeling, analysis, and design of multi-tier and cognitive cellular networks is increasingly attracting the attention of the research community. Recently, stochastic geometry models have been shown to provide tractable yet accurate performance bounds for multi-tier and cognitive cellular wireless networks. Given the need for interference characterization in multi-tier cellular networks, stochastic geometry models provide high potential to simplify their modeling and provide insights into their design. In this seminar, I will present a review of the stochastic geometry models for single-tier as well as multi-tier and cognitive cellular wireless networks. I will also present a taxonomy based on the target network model, the point process used, and the performance evaluation technique. To this end, I will discuss the open research challenges and future research directions.

In recent years, the static shortest path (SP) problem has been well addressed using intelligent
optimization techniques, e.g., artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms (GAs), particle
swarm optimization, etc. However, with the advancement in wireless communications, more and
more mobile wireless networks appear, e.g., mobile networks [mobile ad hoc networks
(MANETs)], wireless sensor networks, etc. One of the most important characteristics in mobile
wireless networks is the topology dynamics, i.e., the network topology changes over time due to
energy conservation or node mobility. Therefore, the SP routing problem in MANETs turns out to
be a dynamic optimization problem. GA's are able to find, if not the shortest, at least an optimal
path between source and destination in mobile ad-hoc network nodes. And we obtain the alternative path or backup path to avoid reroute discovery in the case of link failure or nodeex

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Algorithms for Enhanced Inter-Cell Interference Coordination
(eICIC) in LTE Het Nets
Abstract
The success of LTE heterogeneous networks (HetNets) with macrocells and picocells critically depends
on efficient spectrum sharing between high-power macros and low-power picos. Two important
challenges in this context are: 1) determining the amount of radio resources that macrocells should offer
to picocells, and 2) determining the association rules that decide which user equipments (UEs) should
associate with picos. In this paper, we develop a novel algorithm to solve these two coupled problems in
a joint manner. Our algorithm has provable guarantee, and furthermore, it accounts for network
topology, traffic load, and macro-pico interference map. Our solution is standard compliant and can be
implemented using the notion of Almost Blank Subframes (ABS) and Cell Selection Bias (CSB) proposed
by LTE standards. We also show extensive evaluations using RF plan from a real network and discuss
self-optimized networking (SON)-based enhanced inter-cell interference coordination (eICIC)
implementation.
