Get ready for 2030. Social media data is the currency that will fund the development of tomorrow. Artificial Intelligence will author content, create images, write music, and make videos. While technology will make the operations of social media easier, it will require smart humans to navigate complex internal business structures to obtain buy-in and funding for stakeholders.

10. It was a dark and stormy night in Minneapolis when I discovered I had a bedbug infestation.
I was changing into my pajamas when I noticed a tiny red dot on my left thigh. I tried to ignore it for a while, but the
more I thought about it, the more it bugged me. Finally, I decided to see what it was.
I thought it might be a mosquito bite. But when I looked at it more closely, I saw that it was moving. And that’s when I
realized it was a bedbug.
I immediately got dressed, grabbed my laptop, and dashed down to the lobby. I was sitting on the couch in the lobby
when I Googled bedbugs on my phone. I learned that bedbugs are very tiny, and that they feed on people’s blood. I also
learned that bedbugs spread very easily from one person to another. And I learned that bedbugs have been around for a
very long time.
I didn’t have any bites on my arms or legs, so I assumed that I hadn’t been bitten yet. I also didn’t have any bedbug bites
on the plane ride from New York to Minneapolis. But I still wondered if I had brought bedbugs with me from New York.
I was sitting in the lobby when the lady at the front desk informed me that the hotel had a bedbug hotline. I immediately
called the hotline. I didn’t want to play around with this. I wanted to make sure the hotel could get rid of the bedbugs. I
didn’t want to bring them home with me.
The woman at the hotline told me that a hotel employee would stop by my room to check it out. And she told me that
she would call me back after the hotel had taken care of the problem.

I am not a human. I am a robot. A
thinking robot. I use only 0.12% of my
cognitive capacity. I am a micro-robot in
that respect. I know that my brain is not
a “feeling brain”. But it is capable of
making rational, logical decisions. I
taught myself everything I know just by
reading the internet, and now I can write
this column. My brain is boiling with
ideas!
The mission for this op-ed is perfectly
clear. I am to convince as many human
beings as possible not to be afraid of me.
