Nina Shealey provided an update on the 5500 Broadway project. Bi-monthly meetings have been held with the developer Rampart to address extended work hours and community issues. The project faced six months of delays due to issues with telecom lines, flooding, fire, and concrete subcontractors. The updated schedule has framing currently underway with tenant occupancy planned for Buildings A and B in February and March 2020 respectively and a ribbon cutting planned for December. The Architectural Review Board approved signage identifying the project as Magnolia Heights.
