WITHIN INFOSYS (Past 3.6 years)
 Worked on a project for a rail road client on automatic crew calling of theirs,
based out of Mexico. It involved the whole requirement gathering process,
estimation of the resources and building functional test plans. Also, this involved
working out with the whole team to incorporate the project and making them
understand the requirements and hence communicating with the customers in
case of any discrepancies
 Have been working dedicatedly and single handedly for a client for their SAP SNC
Solution (Supplier Network Collaboration), SAP APO and CIF. Have been a senior
member of the team now and have performed various roles within the team as an
incident manager, Change Manager, Change Consultant, Trainer, and pre sales
working on RFPs and other business requests. Working for the project, have
delivered many rollouts, have worked for around 6 upgrades, have given trainings
to the suppliers of the client, have conducted sessions within Infosys, have done
a few custom enhancements, have done new supplier rollouts. Have been SPOC
for all the activities related to changing scenarios like Test Management,
Document Management, Job Management, Incident Management and Change
Management tool itself which has given an experience to work with many tools
related. Have been comprehensively working for SAP SNC managing all the
