∗ A demonstration was conducted at siddaganga blind
school,Tumakuru District-karnataka.
∗ This model was tested by selecting Randomly 4 blind
persons and Results were Precise.
Sample survey
∗ This model can be implemented as an E- book reader for both blind and
normal people.
∗ This model can be used as notice/display board at banks, government
offices etc…
∗ The portable version of this model can be implemented as a smart
phone/Tab for both blind and normal people.
∗ Production Braille paper can be avoided if proposed model is
implemented as E-Braille reader.
∗ will help blind school teachers to evaluate their student’s results quickly
since data is visible/sensible for both
Applications
∗ At least 200,000 children in India have severe visual
impairment or blindness.
∗ 15,000 are in schools for the blind.
∗ The blind population will be benefitted if we
implement this device in education sector.
Conclusion
∗ Dot matrix type Display Design has been developed and presented for incubation to
centre for innovation incubation and entrepreneurship , IIM-A.Gujarat
Future works(under Design)
Features include:
∗ Dot matrix display
∗ On board Touch screen Keypad.
