Customer Care Officer-Asset Management 
Duties include: 
 Supporting the work of the Programme teams to ensure that our refurbishment deadlines are managed with minimum 
impact to our customers. 
 Represent the interests of the customer, promoting choice, ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress, responding 
to concerns and mediating to resolve potential disputes with contractors. 
 I manage communications so that an excellent service to customers is delivered. I ensure a balance of pleasantness and 
confidence when speaking with both clients, customers and colleagues, which enables me to develop, update and co-ordinate 
the distribution of information effectively. 
 I regularly collate feedback from clients and propose improvements to the systems in place to help maintain and develop 
the service. 
 I engage and liaise with frontline staff prior to and throughout recurring and reinvestment works to properties. This ensures 
that defects, enquiries, complaints and compensation issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently by the Asset 
Management Team. 
 I am responsible for keeping record of all decisions accurately and objectively, ensuring minutes are taken and produced in 
a timely manner. 
Reception Switchboard Officer 
During the organisations transition I was tasked with setting up three corporate receptions, implementing new processes and 
procedures. I ensured all three corporate receptions where tailored to suit the needs of clients, customers and staff members. 
Duties include: 
 Operated ‘front of house’ reception, met and liaised with residents and corporate visitors. 
 Input records using Microsoft word and excel, arranged couriers, produced regular progress reports, updated statistics, 
ensured all receptions were presented to a high standard, general ad hoc duties. 
 Ensured all invoices relating to courier services were processed for payment. 
 Managed Notting Hill Online service mailbox. Responded to a wide variety of emails regarding the business. 
 Monitored the company resources and ensured we used most cost effective suppliers. 
 Responsible for devising training programme which I then implemented whilst encouraging and supporting development. 
Ladbrokes Plc 2006-2012 
Call Centre Agent Part Time 
Duties included: 
 Screening incoming enquiries from clients, accessing their accounts and placing bets on their behalf. 
 Working quickly to a high level of accuracy, often using mental arithmetic to calculate bets. 
 Achieved highest grade of pay as a result of surpassing set targets. 
 Demonstrated exceptional people management skills having coached new staff members. 
 Consistently demonstrated an ability to assess and meet customer needs. There were many high spending clients and it was 
imperative that I dealt with complaints and enquiries tactfully, maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.
