This document outlines an academic class agenda that includes reviewing scientific method terms, finishing a listening activity on the scientific method, learning how to reference speeches, and homework assignments. The listening activity discusses who was the first scientist and key contributions to the scientific method. Referencing speeches is also covered, explaining common formats such as including the date, evidence type, author's name and quote. o Stuart Kauffman, author of the book Investigations, which was published in
2010, wrote that creating new inventions is still very important in the
modern world.
