Maintain minimum Profit margins as approved by management while estimating project costs (overheads,
business and manufacturing costs). Ensure minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price
levels.
Consider expected possibility of Risk & its mitigation action during estimation.
The impacts of the mitigated risks and the costs of the mitigation actions are included in the costing sheet of the
project using risk assessment tools.
Prepare quotations which define the technical solution proposed both technical and commercial.
Customer clarifications / queries are timely replied. Also, revisions are prepared & offers are updated as per
change in the requirement/scope to ensure customer satisfaction & increase profit margin.
Whenever required, attend client meeting along with sales personnel to finalize the project with respect to cost
& technical perspective.
Contract reviews are prepared & hand over to execution PM. Become part of the Project team and taking part in
projects kick off meetings.
On an average over USD 120Million-150Million offers are made annually. Almost 25-30% is converted into
orders.
Coordinate with local & external stakeholders like supply chain, design, procurement in order ensure a
satisfactory offer in terms of price, design & delivery.
Assist Junior Tender Engineer/Colleagues during tendering stage. Mentoring new tender engineers/colleagues in
