variation to the consultant if any, and checking the pre & post contract specifications, bill of
quantities, condition of contract, if there are any changes or obligations will be forwarding to the
project manager and management level and resolve.
► Quantity take Off: Taking off the major quantities from the construction drawings for
the site requirement to place the order of quantities for procurement and to recheck with the Supplier
invoice & quantities.
► Extension of Time Claim & Prolongation Cost: Submission detailed Interim & Final Particulars of
the Extension of Time & associated Prolongation cost based on the Contractual Clasuses with all
associated substantiations.
► Recapitulation / Reconciliation: Preparing recapitulation of the BOQ & Reconciliation of Material
delivered to site
► Variation: Quantification, Pricing, and Negotiations for the items either added or deducted in the
project main contract documents.
► Interim / Final Payments: To prepare and submit the Interim / Final payments for submission to the
