Seeking new challenges in Engineering projects and managerial field that effectively utilizes my

 Being member of rolling mills expansion team projects since 2005 at EPC contractor
premises at Italy for training 35 days,
 Doing FAT inspection for project ((BAROD))mill at Italy.
 Worked as erection supervisor with EPC contractor ((DANIELI)) for cooling bed.
 After joining SAHARA Petrochemical company at construction stage as workshop
supervisor and being the responsible for whole workshop machines selection installation
layout, tool room tools which shall accommodate whole plant during maintenance.
 Doing most of MOCs for the plant in Polypropylene ((PP)) and Dehydration
propylene((PDH)).
 Being responsible for all overhead crane and hoist, testing ,PM and load certificate.

 Looking after whole projects tanks ((37)) built at site by Yanbu Steel Company.

 BASIC FUNCTION
 Lead the team in all daily and turnaround planning and scheduling activities,
provide monthly maintenance reporting, and lead the effort in specializing
planning techniques using SAP as well as focusing on future work. Key job
responsibilities include: Supervise the planning group to optimize the planning
effort; Coordinate engineering assistance; Assist in the coordination of
planning interfaces and concerns with supervisors and affected departments;
maintain awareness and advise management of accuracy of computerized
maintenance management systems; Coordinate the integrated turnaround
schedule for multiple projects/turnarounds. Utilize scheduling software to
develop one integrated schedule for operations, capital and expense projects
into one overall execution schedule for each major turnaround for the
assigned area of all the plant
Directs, co-ordinates and organizes the maintenance of mechanical and
hydraulic equipments. Organizes maintenance support during regular day
shift, allocating priorities & resources according to Production needs and

 Analyzes data gathered from shift reports, running inspections & feedback from
work orders to plan and organize maintenance & repair activities for mill
stoppages, down days & turnarounds.
 Plans, coordinates & helps to organize the necessary resources for maintenance
activities during mill stoppages, down days, size changes & turnarounds.
 Directs the effort of his team where Production priorities demand, liaising with the
operations personnel and using guidelines issued by the Superintendent,
Maintenance.
 Coordinates with the respective Planners to inject practical mechanical
requirements into the formulation of engineering plans for the plants, liaising as
necessary with the mechanical and operations side.
 Periodically reviews the maintenance plans / activities and accordingly edits /
modifies to improve availability.
 Checks and monitors that all the mechanical maintenance work performed meets
with the standards approved.
 Analyses recorded data and investigates in-depth failures related to equipment,
seeking the specific cause and formulating corrective actions to avoid repetition.

 Maintains nominal stocks of engineering spares and consumable materials at site
and monitors usage.
 Performs a trouble-shooting role when mechanical problems arising on the shift
go beyond the scope of the Shift Leader, Senior Technician, and Technician or
when co-ordination in the group or across functional boundaries is required.
 Participates in technical discussions, reviews & meetings with manufacturers &
suppliers of equipment’s for solutions to mill problems, upgrades & new projects.
 Updates all related documentation after modifications.
 MECHANICAL ERECTION SUPERVISOR
 Supervise construction crews constructing projects including installation of
industrial machineries and auxiliary equipment’s.
 Supervises inspections of mechanical equipment’s before shipment and
availability before installation and make reports for any defect during shipments.
 Supervise quality control program for erected-equipment’s and its related parts.
 Investigates reports of faulty workmanship or materials and takes appropriate
action under the terms of the guarantee.
 Recommends modification of mechanical equipment as per installation
requirements arises.
 Maintains daily records of erected mechanical equipment’s and makes written
report of any unforeseen delay of erection activities.
 Recommend technical solutions to overcome the delay of erection activities.
 Supervises and approves substantial completion reports and acceptance of
warranty works by contractors.
 Controlling site query .punch points, functional test with contractor and insuring
the system is as per contractual figures.
