solely in connection with a procurement being conducted by the Thinkbiz Solutions. Thinkbiz Solutions

Photography I understand that I am to use the Secure Information solely for
the purpose of a procurement conducted by the Thinkbiz Solutions.
2. I understand that disclosure of the Secure Information to individuals not
involved in the above-referenced procurement could threaten the security of the
Thinkbiz Solutions Information Technology Resources and therefore the
Thinkbiz Solutions ability to serve the public.
3. I will make the minimum number of copies of the Secure Information necessary
to conduct the above-referenced procurement. I will keep a record of the names
of all individuals who receive a copy of the Secure Information, and the number

Thinkbiz Solutions’s employee and I improperly disseminate the Secure
Information for purposes other than the conduct of the above-referenced
procurement, I can be fired or disciplined. If I am a contractor with respect to the
Thinkbiz Solutions, such activity may result in the termination of my contract
with the Thinkbiz Solutions.
7. I will physically safeguard the Secure Information at all times.
8. I understand that the Secure Information does not constitute public record.
9. I will immediately report to Sydney Event Photography. Director of Security
any violation of this or any other Thinkbiz Solutions Non-Disclosure Agreement
of which I become aware.
10. I shall never contact any client of Sydney Event Photography directly.
