1. Report to HOD:
1. Training to Engineer/PIE/MES/IE regarding the Machines & new
model or process related to it, software and hardware both.
2. Responsibility for planning, discussing and completing reports
about the process.
3. Design and improve for tools, fixtures, machines, automation for
smooth production.
4. Manage all matters relating to Quality and the Production team.
5. Supervise the day-to-day production task assignment and manage
performance of all engineering employee’s. This includes training, coaching,
managing performance, and administering progressive discipline.
6. Everyday check all report and guide to all engineer’s about smooth
production.
7. Take follow-up about New Product. And prepare Zig’s,fixture’s for
production Department.
8. Analyze results and trends from audits (internal and external) and take the
appropriate action to resolve/address issues.
9. Quarterly documentation internal department audit.
10. Plan for operator training for better efficiency and good output.
11. Ensure everyday productiontarget achieve or not if not then find out the
reason why didn’t achieve.
12. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational
Production Data.
13. Ensuring that productionare produced in a timely manner and are produced
within quality guidelines.
14. Working with other department heads to implement production
goals.

2. Report to HOD:
15. In case if, any machines and equipment shortage for production
department then Inform to HOD.
16. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of equipment.
17. Supervising the work of employee’s.
18. Organise the training for Process Issue’s with PIE& Engineer.
19. Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues,
rules, and regulations.
20. Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce
absenteeism.
21. Any kind of problem not solveon self end then inform to HOD
directly.
22. If anykind of issues happen in productionline then solveit with
production and quality department immediately.
23. If anyabnormal in production line then solveit with half an hourif not
get anysolution then informs to HOD immediately.
