- A more mature implementation of Agile practices
- Well-defined processes and guidelines in place.
- There is a strong focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and
transparency.

7. Quantitatively Managed
- have a deep understanding of Agile practices
- have established metrics to measure the success of their Agile projects.
- There is a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous
improvement.

8. Optimizing
- Highest level of Agile maturity, where organizations have fully integrated
Agile practices into their culture
- have optimized their processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- There is a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, and Agile
practices are consistently applied across the organization.
