It outlines topics like how to job search, network, write a CV and LinkedIn profile, and prepare for interviews. Key aspects of Kiwi culture are described as laidback, valuing relationships over hierarchy, independence, and a "she'll be right" attitude. The document emphasizes networking properly, making good impressions, integrating into team relationships, and learning to communicate in a Kiwi style both at and outside of work. The overall message is to adapt one's personal style to fit the casual yet competitive Kiwi way of doing business.
