What should we start doing
· Need to start meeting with Users during non-working hours.
· Need to re-distribute work load as it turns out the task of merging the information from multiple schools is taking a long time.
· Some developers have too much work load and other don’t have enough.
What should we stop doing
· Users are not available to meet with and call during working hours.
· An improvement can be made limiting the types of schools we include in the search.
· We will stop sticking to our strict schedule as we need to remain agile.
What should we continue to do
· Putting the stakeholders information in an excel spreadsheet is helping us track our progress from a user point of view.

SchoolSearch is an educational web platform which is used by students to access various services of the campus online. Students can enter their majors and preferred campuses, then this platform will do an optimal search to show the best results that will accommodate to their educational needs. It will also help to locate those campuses which are nearby using GPS. Students can also shift their classes and register once again in numerous extracurricular activities of the universities. SchoolSearch is aware that creating client-oriented software requires technical excellence and that the firms should hire the best.Stakeholders
The project has several stakeholders including Benjamin Raffleton, a Business Operations Manager. He uses the college’s databases currently in Excel spreadsheet but, would like to use an automated platform in the future for collecting the information he is looking for. He aspires to see the classes made necessary for majors in general and also information about the classes for a whole semester included. He hopes that information on classes such as timetables can be included (Alan, 2014). Our team should first consult each other about the information on the majors that should be made available for viewing by users who request information from them. Hence, we should do an analysis to know the important information and the less important information so that the linking of majors is properly implemented.
Another stakeholder is Roger Freeman, who is the Product Manager. He wants to see a repositor.

To Delegate or not to Delegate
In the first scenario, I would delegate because of the nature of the work involved in the process of looking for the most effective software to settle for in order to meet the specific accounting needs of the organization. The case presents that I am a manager and I have two employees working under my authority. The credit function of the organization plays a significant role in the running of the organization. The ability of the employees to accept and work with the new software will greatly depend on their capacity to understand the basics of the new software within the shortest time possible. For this reason, the delegation will see to it that the two employees under my authority are assigned tasked regarding the purchase of the new accounting software. For instance, the task can be divided into three subdivisions where each individual within the department is given one task to research and report within two weeks. The report from each individual will then be compiled to make up the final recommendation which will then be presented to the manager of the agency.
The reason for delegating the task is to ensure that my team members are involved in the processes because they will be among the key individuals who will also be tasked with the responsibility of using the system. The move will, therefore, present a great opportunity for the employees to give their opinion, input, and advice based on their experiences within the firm as well as the accounting industry as a whole. Moreover, the move will also help to build trust between me and my subordinates which will greatly improve the overall productivity of the credit functions of the agency. The delegation will be on an individual level since each of the two employees will be given different tasks to research regarding the new accounting system to be purchased.
The case presented in the second scenario brings out the fact that the fields manager is under pressure in regards to delivering the expected results within a limited time frame. As such, delegation would be an effective way to ensure that the organization is able to realize the desired objectives for the two major process that are being undertaken which are crucial for its overall success and sustainability, (Lyons, 2016). However, it is imperative to recognize that the nature of work involved in the case makes it challenging for the field manager to delegate his duties to those under his leadership.
To being with, the performance improvement project is aimed at improving the overall productivity and efficiency of the federal agents. These are programs that are designed to help the agents find more effective and convenient of undertaking tasks and responsibility that would be considered to be otherwise difficult. This means that the agents can onl ...

June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Initial communication will be provided to staff members via email on day one. To
prepare the Veterans for the changes, a banner ad will be added to the website later the
same day. Over the course of a week, the backend changes will be made to the website
and staff members will receive individual emails scheduling the face-to-face training. A
final communication will be sent via email to staff members after training is complete
before the website changes go live. Veterans will see the updated website and new
appointment system on launch day.
After training, staff members will participate in a feedback survey to determine areas of
concern. Follow-up communications will be sent as necessary, based on staff member
feedback. Staff members will also have access to an internal feedback link after the
program has gone live. This link will remain active for the foreseeable future to allow
upward communication from staff members that use the system daily. Their feedback is a
valuable resource for future updates.
Feedback from veterans is a valuable resource as well. Veterans will have access to a
satisfaction survey link on the VA website. This will allow them to leave comments and
complaints regarding the appointment system. Future updates will use this data to
improve the veteran experience even more.
