STEM program. Implemented the objectives of the program, including the
management of staff, professional development and teaching practices.
Served in the capacity of a site-based instructional coach specializing in
STEM programs. Continuously provided leadership and expertise at the
school in the development, implementation and coordination of STEM
programs. Supported improvement of teacher instruction and depth of
implementation of STEM instructional models through a focus on teacher
training in the use of STEM teaching techniques, tools, strategies and
assessments. Easily adapted to any situation and remained versatile in order

 Monitors student progress and works with teacher teams and specialists
to design and implement appropriate academic interventions based on
formative and summative assessments.
 Complete all STEM reports to be submitted to the CTAE Department.
 Develops prioritized STEM budgets, requisitions, orders, and tracks the
entire purchasing process from start to finish for the schools STEM
training and material needs.
 Serves on the schools instructional leadership team, reports directly to the
Principal on all STEM matters, and works to maintain a school-wide focus
on STEM program elements.
