The client is a company working on a highly successful product running for more than 5 years. The
product has been successfully deployed in more than 28 countries with the aid of direct marketing and
a network of resellers. The product has won several awards and accolades for its innovative and
simple design and high functionality.

The product has a targeted audience of over a million customers. The client required a solution which
provides content creation, network management and campaign management to facilitate advertising
and scheduled distribution, tuned for advertisers and resellers via the product.
Being a product, new clients will continue becoming a part of this module, and hence a solution that
provided completely automated training and self-paced learning material was required, which aids to
train the employees. Content and flow of this material can be maintained by admin role.
Another challenge was to provide a facility where complete customization and content management
could be provided to the respective stake holder like an advertiser. So any change required on public
domain can be managed by them.
For example, if advertisers/resellers wanted to post certain ad in certain area they can do that directly,
using their user account, without having to forward their idea to us. The changes will be immediately
sent for approval, giving them creative freedom as well as making the process faster and more
efficient.
