2. What is an Adverb?
An adverb is a word that modifies a verb, an adjective,
another adverb, or even a whole sentence.
Adverbs often end in -ly, but some (such as fast) look
exactly the same as their adjective counterparts.
It also indicate manner, time, place, cause, or degree and
answers questions such as “how,” “when,” “where,” “how
much.”
